Ⅰ. Description
1. Features of Products
JLW series single-stage single-suction standard horizontal centrifugal pump is horizontal non-suspend support pump which is developed on the basis of the IS pump by simplifying the middle gearing. Generally speaking, this series advantages efficient energy, low noise, good performance. And it is designed according to the international standard ISO2858.
2. Main Use and Scope of Application
(1) It is used to transport liquid with temperature is lower than 120℃ and physical and chemical properities are parallel to water. It is suitable for water supply and dranige in industries and cities, daily water pressure supply in high building; fire booster, long-distance transmission, circular transportation of bioler heat water, circular water of boiler system in cities and other occasions.
(2) The JLWH type uses a kind of material that change flow and with explosion-proof motor. It can be used in chemical occasion and transportation of liquid with temperature is 20℃~120℃ with corrosive and viscosity is similar to water. It is applied to petroleum, chemical plant, metallurgy, electric power, paper making, food and pharmacy, oil dock, oil storeroom, gas station, oil ship and some other occasions.
3. Environment of Application and Working Condition
(1) The maximum working pressure of this system is 1.6Mpa (caliber≤200) and 1.0Mpa (caliber ＞250), namely, the pressure of pump inlet + head ≤1.6Mpa. When working pressure is larger than 1.6Mpa, you should make additional requirement when ordered in order to use cast steel materials when manufacturing.
(2) Ambient temperature ≤ 40℃; relative humidity ＜95%
(3) The content of solid granule volume in transport medium is ≤0.1%; size of granule ＜0.2mm ( if the medium has small granule, please make instruction when ordered in order to adopt wearable type mechanical seal)

Ⅱ. Structure illustration
1. Compact structure, light weight, small size; reducing to 50% of area, which saves a lot of the cost for capital construction.
2. In good shape; since it has the same size of outlet and inlet, it is easy to install.
3. The pump and the motor share the same shaft, which shorten the impeller cantilever and shaft.
4. The shaft is made of stainless steel or 45 chrome-plated steel.
5. It is sealed with elastomer bellows mechanical seal.
